3Medical Records & Confidentiality

Everything you share with Dr. Ranjan and the care team is confidential. Only authorised professionals involved in your care can see your records.

• In-patient records are kept for at least 5 years
• Records of minors are kept until age 21 or 5 years after last treatment, whichever is longer
• Surgical and anaesthesia records are kept as per National Medical Commission guidelines

To get a copy of your records, bring a written request and photo ID to the hospital's medical records desk or call 091222 37338. We share information with family members only with your consent, or when you cannot communicate (for example in the ICU).

Patient testimonials, photos and videos are published only with the patient's written or recorded consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
