1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to patients in OPD and in-patient care, their attendants and visitors, website users, and anyone using our diagnostic or emergency services. If you accept on behalf of a minor or a person unable to consent, you confirm you are their parent, guardian or authorised representative.

2Our Services

Through this website we provide information about, and appointments for, urology care led by M.Ch urologist Dr. Kumar Rajesh Ranjan, including:

• Kidney, ureter and bladder stone treatment (RIRS, PCNL, URSL, cystolithotripsy)
• Prostate surgery (HoLEP, TURP)
• Laparoscopic urology (pyeloplasty, nephrectomy, donor nephrectomy)
• Kidney transplant
• Reconstructive urology (urethroplasty), andrology, circumcision, varicocele and hydrocele surgery
• Paediatric urology and urological cancer surgery

Other specialities — nephrology and dialysis, neurology, ENT, orthopaedics, gynaecology, general medicine and surgery, critical care — are provided by Satyadev Multi Super Speciality Hospital; see its departments. Services may change with doctor availability, regulations or events beyond our control.

3Appointments & Consultations

• Book by calling 8050295197 or 8235152796, via WhatsApp on 8050295197, through the contact page or at the hospital reception
• Dr. Ranjan's OPD: new patients 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, follow-ups 3:00–4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday; Sunday OPD closed; emergency 24×7
• Consultation fee ₹800, valid for 15 days
• An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it by call, SMS or WhatsApp
• Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel an OPD visit and 48 hours for planned surgery
• Waiting times may vary because of emergencies

4Patient Responsibilities

• Give complete and accurate medical history, medicines and allergies
• Follow treatment plans and attend follow-ups — including DJ stent removal dates
• Treat staff and other patients with respect; follow visiting rules
• No smoking, alcohol or tobacco on hospital premises
• Keep phones silent in clinical areas; phones are not allowed in the OT or ICU

Informed consent is taken before any procedure, surgery or anaesthesia. You may ask questions and may withdraw consent; your doctor will explain the consequences.

5Payment & Billing

• An advance deposit may be required for planned admissions, adjusted in the final bill
• An itemised bill is provided at discharge; you can ask for one at any time
• Excess deposits are refunded at discharge; refunds for cancelled planned procedures are processed in 7–10 working days after deducting services already provided
• Consultation fees are not refundable once the consultation is done
• Emergency care is always given regardless of outstanding dues

6Insurance & Ayushman Bharat

• Ayushman Bharat eligibility is verified on the official portal; only listed packages are covered
• Bring your Ayushman, CGHS or ESIC card and Aadhaar
• If you are found ineligible after treatment starts under a scheme, charges become payable
• For insurance, pre-authorisation is needed before planned admission and within 24 hours of emergency admission
• Amounts not approved by the insurer (co-pay, non-covered items) are payable by the patient

• Do not impersonate us or our staff

10Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, videos and design — belongs to Satyadev Urology / Satyadev Multi Super Speciality Hospital or its licensors. You may view, print and share links for personal use. Commercial use of our name, logo or content requires written permission under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

11Photography & Testimonials

Photography or recording of patients or staff inside the hospital is not allowed without written permission. We use testimonials, photos and videos only with consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We welcome honest reviews and never pay for reviews.

We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and respond within 15 working days. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Bihar State Medical Council, the District Consumer Commission, or for Ayushman Bharat matters the National Health Authority helpline 14555.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. Courts in Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage resolving disputes by discussion or mediation first.
